Test Director EMAIL Failures
Previously, we were able to use the email feature to email defects to one another. Suddenly, that feature no longer works. Does anyone have a good starting point to address this?

Start by checking the MAIL_INTERVAL in the Site Configuration tab on Admin. If it's less than 10 (minutes) you could be having a "looping" problem causing it to be unable to complete. An additional thing to test is your Mail setting connection itself. On the same tab, click on Settings > Set Mail Protocol. Run a test to see if your SMTP settings are valid.
