One of our QA staff went to log on via http to TD for the first time and gets the message
Windows has found a problem with this file
The file was blocked because it does not have a valid signature
She gets this using any browser so any ideas please
also she gets a similar message after trying to run the TD Client side setup.exe
Plus she can access up to TDBIN but has the problems when she adds the start htm
Seems to be Permissions to me but cannot find where
any help would be appreciated
Can she get Admin rights on her machine, just temporarily? It only takes 2 or 3 minutes to install the client. We have to formally request rights before we can install it too.
Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.
