We are executing manual test cases in Test Director. The application is in different versions. The same test case is executed by different team members in different regions, the same day. The problem is in report generation. We are not able to get reports of executed test cases for a particular region. Are there any options / help available to generate customized reports?
One suggestion is a user defined field which indicates the locality from which the test originated. It could be a drop-down list with all the localities available. Put it in the "RUN" area by using Customize/Customize Project Entity for the project and you can create a drop-down list at the same time. Then you can set it up as a viewable column and call it from the runs report and all items.
