I am a bit new to Test Director. I am involved in 5 different projects (the drop down which you choose when you login)
But some of the test cases are across projects as it is an integration layer.
I do not want to re-write these test cases. How do I link this across projects. I know how to link the test cases with requirements and all within a project but not across.
Any help would be great
No can do. It's not possible to link them across projects, at least not manual tests. Automated tests can be linked to a common repository by mapping all projects to the common set. If you had wanted to link them, you should have not put them into separate projects. If the projects are enough alike to have common tests they should reside in one project under separate folders.
To copy tests from one project to another, open two instances of your browser and log in to one project, then on the other browser log into the other project. Copy/paste using <CTL C> & <CTL V>.
Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.

Thanks for your reply.
I figured out that we can export the project information from one project to another. I am not sure if that is exporting the entire project or a part of it. If it is a part of it then I might accomplish what I need.
