Test Director Automatic Email
I was wondering if anyone has ran into the problem when trying to have Test Director automaticly send emails on change of status of a defect. When I press the email Defects Now button in Site Administration it will send the defects correctly. When I added several new defects with a status of New, one of mail conditions I have set, it does send an email based on that condition

There is a long list of possible reasons. From DCOM configuration or service problems and to the problems with email delivery... I can only advise you to look for "Send All Qualified", "Automatic Email Notification", "SAQ" keywords in KB list on Support site.
