Test management and automation with TestDirector

    Hi,

i want to evaluate TestDirector and i need to know if TD includes built-in functions to develop and run automated tests under Windows 2000/XP environment. Do i have to buy WinRunner AND TestDirector?

    Thanks!

Re: Test management and automation with TestDirector

If you want to make automated tests via the GUI you have to buy WinRunner or QuicktestPro.
TestDirector has a built in VAPI-XP extention. With that you can write testscripts in JScript, VBScript Python or Perl.
