I'm getting this error in one of our units. Does anybody has the solution.
Re: TDsrvURL error
This could be one of three problems.
The first is the TDserver setting need updating (you can find this info on the MI support site - KB article 9927)
The second is that the user has not had a clean install from the browser and should use the standalone client install from MI (again in the knowledge base article 13128 on the customer support site.)
Finally they could be going through a proxy that is effecting their connection. To solve this add the following to their mercury.ini file so TestDirector can see the proxy.
