I know you're using Word to export requirements from, but perhaps our Excel experience will be shed some light on the situation. We're were having problems exporting from Excel, but found we were using the wrong version of the Macro (i.e., had started using Version A, but needed to be using Version X). I don't know if the macros for Word have this same sort of "rules", requirements, or perhaps it depends on Word 97 vs Word 2000? Something to check out at least.
QUALITY . . . is like buying oats. If you want nice, clean, fresh oats, you must pay a fair price.
However, if you can be satisfied with oats that have already been through the horse . . . that comes a little cheaper.
