QC Client installation
i tried to install the HP QC 9.2 on client machine and i got the attached error, i tried to install from IE through connection to the server with no luck, also i tried through the QC client installer with no luck.
Can you help me guys please.

Did the client machine have a version of TestDirector on it? We saw errors similar to this when upgrading from TD8.0 to QC9.2 last year.
I'd check Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs. If you find TestDirector, remove it. You can also check C:\Program Files\Common Files\Mercury Interactive for the TD2000 and/or TD2000_80 folders. Delete if present, and try the QC install again.
