I was wondering if anyone would know how to fix this error.

My PC was recently changed-over to a new one, hence new installations for everything.

This HP Quality Center is giving me a fatal error upon initial access. The "Download .NET" would commence then BAM! Fatal Error window appears.

We tried uninstalling and reinstalling via browser and client-side setup but still does not work.

Are there any missing files or other restrictions that may be causing the software not to be registered (as indicated by regasm.exe)?
