Do you know if LR is configured for all users to use a single cookie? all users are being sent to one server. I put in a web_cleanup_cookie command in the beginning of each script and it is still only using one server. Would you have an explanation that I could give to convince them that this is not a LR issue but a an issue with the App? My gut says that the App is using the same IP address for all users and therefore sending all the users to the same server.

The Infrastructure team should be able to give you information on how the loadbalancing is done. This is part of their and our work

If they confirm it is IP based load balancing then

The solution can be 1) Multiple LoadGenerators, 2) IP Spoofing 3) Hardcoding of urls if the app infrastructure supports that.

You will need to enable IP Spoofing, get the network guys lined up to generate some valid IP addresses for you.

Well you need to talk to network guys and find out how are they balancing the load, based on round robin or some other alogorithm, based on that you either need to spoof the ip or use additional load generators.

Or parameterize the server IPs instead of using vip.
