Hey all,

I figured I'd throw this out to the group to see if anyone has ever dealt with this situation before...

Has anyone ever had to add an Apache monitor with authentication in Performance Center?

There are no <userid> <password> fields in Perf Center under the Apache monitor.

I tried the [user]:[passwd]@[hostname] in the server name field, but it doesn't work either in IE or Perf Center.

1. What version of LoadRunner or PerformanceCenter are you using?
2. What is the protocol you are working with?
3. Which LoadRunner/PerformanceCenter feature or service packs are you using?
none, install is actually this weekend though (WOOHOO!)
4. What kind of LoadRunner license do you have - subscription, perpetual, Virtual User days, or evaluation?
4.1 If subscription, is subscription current or expired?
5. What platform(s) and Operating Systems? Include version and service packs.
AUT=Unix Solaris 10
6. If you have filed a service request with Mercury, what have they told you at this point with respect to your issue?
Opened service request and made a call, but the rep seemed to not know how to answer the phone (literally, dead silence for two minutes), request is still outstanding. (To get off on a slight rant, has anyone noticed a little bit more "HP" in Mercury nowadays in terms of support? I fear the negatives of HP are slowly taking over the positives of Mercury.)
