everyone was impressed with the demo so we will most likely use it on a trial basis during my next project starting 8/1. We will have the JMX monitors and the J2EE monitors. This is not the Deep Diagnostics monitor. The J2EE monitor you can run under load and the poor performing method calls and objects are bubbled to the top and correlated to page response times.
The deep diagnostics I have not looked at. It sounds like you canít run Deep Diag under load and it is really only used to dig into code. JMeter should be good for our purposes. We already have that in house.
We've been using the WebLogic (JMX) monitors lately and have gotten some really good info out of them.
Are you referring to the J2EE Deep Diagnostics? I've seen the demo and heard that it is pretty cool, but never got the chance to work with it. If you go this route, please let us know how you like it!!
