I am working on a .jsp page. I am having a big problem. I am able to record the script but when I play it back, the script is not able to go through the main page itself. I watched it on Runtime viewer. The page is redirected to an error handling page. I am not sure why this is happening. If anyone of you had this issue, please let me know how I can work around this problem.
Config: LR 7.8. Win XP Pro SP1.
I tried to capture and insert a cookie. Didnt work.
I cleaned up the temp files. But it didnt help either.
Does the user needs to be an Administrator on the box to record and play the script?
Do I need to install FP 1 in order to playback the scripts on jsp's?
Any thoughts would be helpful.
I couldnt see any session ID or Cookie being recorded in the script. But I found out that there is a cookie being set right before the web_submit (from the execution log). So I am able to capture it before the web_submit, but I will have to place it after the web_submit. But I have to place it before the web_submit in order to get the page.
So that is my problem. Any advice?
If a cookie is generated while recording, comment it and run the script. try to do manual correlation. create two scripts, the same business process and see the id's are same or not.coming to adding web reg save parm fun, double click on session id if you find any u will go the particular line no from which this session id is being created. put the web reg fun just above it with correct boundary conditions. (record in html, explict url mode).
