Designing the VU Script;
I have the following Scenario for a web user:
User 1 Logs in.
Opens and Approves a task.
User 1 Logs out.
User 2 Logs in.
Work on the task which was approved by User 1.
Completes the tasks & Logs out.
User 3 Logs in.
Works on the task which was approved by User 1.
Complete the work & Logs out.
ALL THE STEPS I HAVE MENTIONED WILL TAKE PLACE IN THE SAME SEQUENCE AND ALL ARE DEPENDENT ON THE PREVIOUS SUB TASKS.
Now, my Question is :
1. I have totally 3 Logins, can I all put these in the vuser_init section ?
2. Similarly, can I put all the Logouts in the vuser_end section ?
3. Will there be any problem if I have all the Logins and Logouts in vuser_init and vuser_end sections respectively, when I run the VU Script for more than one Iteration??. Also when ran for more than one Virtual User from the Controller ??
4. Lastly, If I dont logout for a particular user and continue with my 'Actions', will it yield me a different result ?? Because, with this case I keep all those sessions open.
Thanks in advance, for Your inputs ;
Re: Designing the VU Script;
No you should not put all the logins in INIT section and logouts in END section. You should know the default sequence in which sections are executed(ofcourse you can alter the sequence).
For your problem why don't you create three action sections for you sequence and put login and logout in the respective sections, also don't forget to put following function at the begining of each action
