Page Name Changes on Every Refresh
I am currently recording an LR script on the .NET platform. Every time I do an action on the page like selecting a checkbox or updating an edit field, the page refreshes automatically to update the status (i.e. it does a POST everytime).
So if I update the page 10 times, LR records it 10 times and assigns it different numbers.
However I am only interested in the final web_submit_data that contains all the changes that I've made. So, I tried commenting all the intermediate web_submit_data statements. But it does not work and gives an error.
Is it really necessary to include all these web_submits or is it there a work around to just do with the final web_submit?
thanks - oneil

If you bypass these steps, the application behavior is unpredictable.
Answer is: Yes, it is necessary.
