Problem in recording Java application & monitoring IBM Web Sphere MQ\'s
I want to a load testing of a Java application which inturns talks to database using IBM Sphere MQ’s .To do Load testing I am using Loadrunner 7.51.
Application is developed using Java, it is having simple screen like following.
Number of Q ------
Data in Q ------
After providing these detais & clicking submit button MQ’s will be generated which will talk to db.
While recording I selected Java Application protocol then I clicked OK, it took me to loadrunner windows which was showing classes & return values. Record button was disabled only run button was enabled.
How can I do recording of Java application ? do I need to write my own java code in those classes? OR do I need to select some other protocol
To monitor these MQ’s there is no monitor is available my loadrunner 7.51. But when I visited mercury web site it was showing there are counters available to monitor MQ’s.
Do I need to to install some patches for that?
