Recording an FTP session using Winsock
User dsscheib (firstname.lastname@example.org) posted:
I've recorded an ftp session using Winsock that does nothing but
login and issue an ls -l command. I seem to be able to get the
control connection working but not the data connection.
Any ftp command that produces data is causing a "425 can't open a
data connection" error. All other commands work fine.
I've tried to create another socket and use it for the retrival of
data alone by calling lrs_create_socket(socket1...) and then
However, lrs_accept_connection times out for some reason. I've also
tried to set the ftp mode to passive and explicitely call the PORT
command but that doesn't help either.
I must be missing something. Does anybody have any ideas?

There are instruction of how to correlate the port number (you might need to correlate the IP as well), under "help-> function reference -> window sockets -> customizing Winsocket scripts -> FTP correlation".
you just need to apply it over your script.
