    web_reg_save_param

    I am having a problem parsing the courseid below.

    web_reg_save_param("courseId",
    "LB=setCourse(\"",
    "RB=\",",
    "Ord=1",
    "Search=body",
    LAST);

    here is the data surrounding the "600"I am trying to parse which is the courseId:

    onClick='setCourse(\"600\",

    Thanks

    d

    Hi,

    What are the messages you are getting in the extended log to this operation ?

    You should also consider defining a more unique LB that will contain the "set...\"", if the boundaries appears more than once in the body.

    Cheers

    Re: web_reg_save_param

    The setCourse is unique in the block I am parsing. Do all the (") marks look in the proper places? I think all of the \"'s are getting me confused.

    Thanks

    Yes, They look alright, but in case you missed something, you could check the way the parameters are parsed in the extended log of the execution.

    Re: web_reg_save_param

    For - onClick='setCourse(\"600\", - is the \" actually there??

    Try a LB and little farther out to ensure you actually getting anything. If so it may provide something else to the LB that you cannot see in the LB. Something like a carriage return.

    You may want to do the same for RB or increase the amount of data you can get. If it is emptying then you can see a recommended command. Use it - you may be returning to much data - thus the emptying.

    Good Luck
