The said error occurs in a typical client-server setup where the client connects to server using WinInet , and during the communication at some point of time the server resets the connection .
The problem may be caused by any of the following reasons :
1. Connection timeout
2. connection preemption , this is generally caused by heavy load on server and depends on serverís client connection management algorithm.
3. Some unexpected exception at the server ( happens during heavy load tests )
You can try increasing the session timeout parameters at server , also check the server log when the error occurs ( will be nice of you if can send it over , I will like to have a look ) , Its a good idea to use Winsock instead of WinInet replay ( LR runtime settings ) and see whether the same connection reset thing repeats .
BTW , this appears to be a CPS question , hope it is not

checked it out in microsoft site. It says connection with server
