Using the EJB Virtual Users (licensed component), you would point to the bean(s) you wanted to test, and generate a script. The script could be parameterized, and lt.transactions could be placed around the individual methods you needed to time.
Once the script is done, it is passed to the controller like any other LR script.

First Extratct the ejbconnector from loadrunner and set class path into xcess.jar then start your command prompt read ejb's
