network delay monitor

Hi, I was wondering if anyone got the Network delay monitor to work?
I'm using LR 7.2 (or is that .02?) I was trying it with 3 pc's using
1 as my web server, 1 as my controller, 1 as my agent. I configured
the monitor to watch from the agent to the web server, and from the
web server to the controller, and ran a small test.
Basically, it seems to work, however the times I get are 0's. my
scenario took about 5 minutes, but I got a phone call and when I came
back about 10 more minutes had elapsed. There was only one spike in
my delay graph which occurred about 5 minutes after the scenario
ended, (for no apparent reason since the entire network was only 4
pc's and I had control of them all).
Should there not have been a delay of some sort during the running of
the test? Because during that time the max, min, avg and all were 0.

I thought the network delay monitor used Traceroute, don't know much
about traceroute but I would see if:
1. You have the function available to you
2. It works!
If this is not the case, then I don't know if you can use the network
Although I could be completely wrong as I am not too hot on
networking issues, I am only going on personal experience (I can't
use network delay as traceroute, ping, etc. have all been disabled on
our network for security reasons!).
