WRun scripts can be driven by LoadRunner. This is talked about in the LoadRunner documentation.

What you can do is to drive WinRunner clients using LoadRunner and get the timing results from actual GUI users vs virtual users incorporated into your Load Test results.

LoadRunner will drive WinRunner scripts without re-scripting or modification - unless:
They do not navigate the app under test as you intend. (this is not a LoadRunner issue though)
It is recommended that you remove gui checks if you are looking to streamline and just navigate the app as intended.
If you do not already have transactions - you will have to add those to the WRun scripts. (declare_transaction(); start_transaction();, etc.
