I'm very interested in what you are doing.
    What is RMI?

I too am working with a web application that uses a lot of client side
jscript and some java applets to communicate with the server. These often
cause problems for me in my recording. What is the java add in you
downloaded and installed? Was it for Winrunner or Load Runner?

Merc support told me I don't need a java add in for loadrunner.

RE: [LoadRunner] RMIRMI - Remote Method Invocation.

Java add in for load runner only. When u use the button record, u will get =
list of applications that u can test. in that if u select java-RMI, then it=
will prompt for the java add in ...just try ..=20
