loadrunner controller min avg transaction response times are always 0
I recorded a script on loadrunner virtual user generator v11 with some transactions.
When I created a scenario in loadrunner controller v11 and tried to run this script for 10 users, I always get the minimum and average transaction response times for the transactions of this script as 0. When the scenario completes running and I look at the analysis, the minimum and average (and 90th percentile) transaction response times for these transactions are still 0.
I am not able to understand what the problem is. I re-created the loadrunner virtual user generator script once again but still the same issue.
I tried searching in google and sqaforums but did not find any answer. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Can you post what is actually between the start/end transaction markers in the script?

Accordingly, I changed port mapping as the "WinNet level data" option. It is now recording, but the internet explorer webpage hangs without logging in to the application. I restarted my machine and tried recording again, but same result. Any ideas will be appreciated.
I would recommend both training and finding a mentor as priorities for solving issues like this, these are pretty mandatory for performance testing with LR
This appears to be a process failure where you went immediately from recording to integration in the controller and a test. There are many steps along the way which have been missed/skipped. I concur that training and mentoring are the best path for resolution in this case.
