Socket doesnt not exists error
I am using winsockets protocol and in our scenario we need to test opening multiple applications (around 50) by applying load from VUsers. So I have added these application s to a parameter "NewAppl"
first iterations is working properly but the second iteration is failing with error (replay log below). Could anyone please help me to resolve this
Starting iteration 2.
Notify: Next row for parameter NewAppl = 2 [table = NewAppl].
Notify: Getting new value for parameter 'NewAppl': table = 'Appl.dat' column = '0' row = '2'.
Starting action Action.
Action.c(6): Notify: Transaction "002 Open Appl" started.
Action.c(10): lrs_send(socket1, buf72)
Action.c(10): Error : Specified socket socket1 doesn't exist. Error code : 9002.
Action.c(10): Notify: Transaction "002 GOE Open Appl" ended with "Fail" status (Duration: 0.0043).
Abort was called from an action.
Starting action vuser_end.
Why Winsock is used? The problem with Winsock is that it captures the traffic at TCP level and you need to know the application in and out since the traffic captured is in buffers, you have to be sure in which buffer, the application is sending the dynamic value.
For our application we have to use only winsock protocol. From the message i can understand that buf72 is having problem. Not sure how to resolve this
Odds are very high (approaching certainty) that you have missed a piece of dynamic data which is causing the server to cut the connection as a invalid one. You will likely have to record multiple times and compare the buffer definitions to identify the mishandled items.
