Facing an error in replaying Oracle Application 11i script: Unsupported Java Class
Whenever I stuck, I used to go through this forum and I found the posts are very useful so thought of sharing my problem.
I am facing issues with Oracle R12 application.
I have created a script in Oracle Application 11i protocol on Oracle R12 application.
My script is able navigate till the end of oracle web interface and able to connect to oracle server, i.e. I am able to PASS nca_connect_server (“”, “”, “”) this step. And I am able to see oracle forms were openign in reply.
But the script is failing after this step with below error message;
Unsupported Java class: oracle.apps.fnd.soa.forms.services.rt.CommBean
Popup message: stop – Cannot complete applications logon. You may have entered an invalid applications password, or there may have been a database connect error.
After this step a file download pop up window appears for “t10.unk” file and remain there even after script finished working.
Below is the reply log of problem area;
Action.c(169): lr_think_time: 5.00 seconds.
Action.c(284): Notify: Parameter Substitution: parameter “Cor18_icxtkt2″ = “.gaojpOltlA5x2BDBqbwyNQ..”
Action.c(284): Notify: Parameter Substitution: parameter “NCAJServSessionId” = “/forms/lservlet;jsessionid=0a01a936341427a4a1c74225d86a86 5fb9488408967460d13120c612dc745bc6.e38Ka34RbNyMbi0 MaxmTbNiMahb0″
Action.c(284): connect_server: connection with host “” on port established
Action.c(284): Unsupported Java class: oracle.apps.fnd.soa.forms.services.rt.CommBean
Action.c(284): Popup message: stop – Cannot complete applications logon. You may have entered an invalid applications password, or there may have been a database connect error.
Action.c(289): Notify: Transaction “05_input values” started.
Action.c(291): nca_set_window(“Invoice Workbench (Payables Manager)”)
Action.c(293): Error: nca_obj_mouse_click(“632″) failed, Window or object is not displayed.
The window currently in focus: “Error”.
The last popup/alert message received: “stop – Cannot complete applications logon. You may have entered an invalid applications password, or there may have been a database connect error.”
Abort was called from an action.
Can you please have a look and let me know what’s wrong with the script?
Assuming you are good at correlation, there are several possibilities for this issue, you might have gone over them by this time, still find this useful.
NCA protocal must be steered in a right way and it works wonderful, much like a GUI action.
You can build a robust script by adding useful functions like nca_obj_get_info(), nca_set_window to make sure you are doing the right job at the right window, etc.
Importantly the environment variables, certificates must be set properly for the oracle forms to actually work through LR.
Tough until you understand, Good Luck!
