Java Plugin Error on NCA Recording - 'Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded'
While trying to record a multiprotocol web/ Oracle NCA script against an Oracle Forms app, we are getting a popup error at the point that Oracle is launched. It has the title 'Java(TM) Plug-in Fatal Error', and the message is 'The Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded.'
This behaviour does NOT occur:
- when we simply access the application manually via the browser, without recording.
- when we record using the Oracle 11i web apps protocol (although we cannot use this for other reasons).
- when we record using web/ Oracle NCA against the same application and environment in LR 9.5.
Can anyone suggest why this error is happening, and how it can be resolved please?
LoadRunner version: 11.51
Protocol: Combined web/ Oracle multiprotocol mode, URL mode
Browser: Internet Explorer 7
OS: Windows XP
Forms version: Oracle 11i, version 12
Java version: 1.6.10
See if it is related to it.
Eclipse open correctly when user do it manually
But get run time error of JVM when launch from QTP. The problem are with JAVA add-in and environment variable JAVA_OPTIONS and JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS.
Your error is not same and but you might try to play around java path setting for this application as you are also getting JRE error.
