Application page is not displayed in IE while recording on VuGen
LR Version: 9.5
Protocol: Web services + Web HTTP/HTML
I am trying to record an HTTPS application, and when recording starts, IE is not able to load the application. However, if I manually run the application through IE, it works fine. Kindly suggest what could be done in order to record the application & resolve this issue. Any help would be appreciable.
Please check if the SSL/NTLM patch is installed.
What error exactly you are getting? Also checked proxy setting?
1. Just record web, not web+web-sevices, which does not make sense from a communication architecture perspective.
2. 95%++ of all recording issues are generally traced to not fulfilling one of the installation requirements or another. Double check your installation requirements related to access rights, version of Windows, version of LoadRunner, version and vendor of browser, etc.... Remove or disable conflicting software packages, such as anti-virus while recording. VUGEN works quite well inside of a tailored VM to record if necessary.
