504 gate way error
I am using HPSM tool for ticketing.
When i update incidents or interaction i get below error many times
"Status:504 gate-way time-out"
How can we resolve this? or what is the reason for this error in SM.
a back-end server is not responding in a timely manner to a front-end server which is relaying this message to you...
increase timeout on front-end server (if it makes sense to do so) or improve performance of the back-end server process that is timing out...
