I encountered an issue while running load test.
The Analysis report values generated after run completion is different from transaction values in Average Response Time Graph.
It would be great if any one can help me out what would be the possible scenario for encountering this issue.
Thanks in Advance,
You are looking at averaged values in the graph. The closer you get your granularity to a single sample window (1 second or less) the closer you will get to your graph matching the summary stats.
Please read the analysis manual. This issue of granularity is covered in that source.

Thanks for you reply.
Actually we have selected 'Automatically Aggregae Web data only' option.
In 'Average Response Time' Graph is showing below data.
Transaction Max Min Avg Std Last
Operation1 25.782 5.141 5.498 0.475 5.489
But in Analysis Summary Report for the same operation showing as :
Transaction Max Min Avg Std 90%
Operation1 2.324 0.131 0.221 0.110 0.245
I am confused with the large variation of the data.
you suggestions will be much helpful.
Inquire with your mentor on the above topic.
One more point: Uncheck "think time" option in Global filter and apply it, or uncheck it only for ATRT Graph and compare the values in Summary report/ ATRT graph.
