My team has observed that when we
- Record a script in VUGEN 11.0 on IE8 (Win XP)
- we stop the recording
- while the script is getting generated,A crash occurs with an popup (Refer the attached screenshot)
Read very explicitly the fine print on the environment requirements and credentials required. Please ensure that you are hitting every requirement. Over 90% of all recording issues can be solved just by looking at the requirements for the software and clean booting the environment (no toolbars, no antivirus, etc...). Also, disable all correlation rules.
We've installed the VUGEN 11.04 trial and get the same crashes you are referring to except we are running on Windows 2003 Server.

I was working with a senior engineer and this is a known issue, we try to regenerate your script on different machines, but it is too big (as you mention in one of your last emails), we eliminate some actions from the script and we can regenerate the script after 15 minutes or more.
We are waiting for an answer from our RnD team, if there is any workaround for this issue.
I will back to you when I have any update.
