How to calculate the time intervals of load?
How to calculate the time interval for each load faze?
On what parameters does it depend (amount of virtual users, the planned load etc')?
For example, if we need to perform a load test with 2000 virtual users which should grow linearly to a maximum load of 6000 transactions per second, and then the load should continue with this value and then to ramp down.
So how do we calculate the time interval needed for the ramp up, the time interval needed (duration) for the maximum with the fixed value and for the ramp down?
Re: How to calculate the time intervals of load?
work out from 1 script the transactions per second over a given period
then extrapolate from there
if you want someone to check your maths post your ideas here and someone will probably check it for you
