Error: No matches were found for specified query

I am executing web service request using http protocol.
In vugen, it saves the full response in response parameter and i am able to perform lr_xml_get_values on it but when executed in controller, 2 out of 10 request throws error "Action.c(58): Error: No matches were found for the specified query: "//code". [class:CLrXmlScriptFunc]"

Please suggest what can be the issue behind it?

turn on full logging and run a user in controller... then look at the log to see what's going on...

could be a number of things

are you running vugen on the controller machine or is it another one?

resolved it...it needed think time to be set.

Now i get this error when the service takes longer than the think time to return a response.

doesn't sound like think time to me... that's for simulating users

    look at timeout settings instead

Abhishek, You have a conceptual understanding problem with regards to think time and system time.

    James,

I hope you're talking to the OP and not me above

please clarify as it's a little ambiguous
