Citrix vusers and thread vs process? ...
I've always run my Citrix vusers as processes instead of threads. As I'm sure any other Citrix protocol users know, the Citrix business is at times less than perfectly stable and if a process dies during a test, you would prefer it only brought down 1 vuser instead of 50. ;-)
Of course the trade-off is that this tactic allows you to host far fewer Citrix vusers on a load injector. Where I'm going with this is that I'm really hurting for load injector machines for a large test. I'm considering trying my luck switching some or all back to threads.
Does anyone here do this? Am I flirting w/ disaster?

Give it a try, you can always switch back to original settings. It would be interesting to know your results, e.g. number of successfully running vusers in per-thread mode compared to that in per-process mode
