Can the scripts created in LoadRunner v11 be executed in with Performance Center v9.5 ?
Are there any configurations that needs to be done for the execution of Loadrunner v11 scripts in Performance Center v9.5
No. How would an older release have been tested and certified with product which did not yet exist?

Yes, if you follow certain ground rules, like the protocol and functions are supported in LR9.5. I.e no fancy protocols like AjaxTruClient, no fancy new functions.. keep it as old as possible.
What really matters is the LR code that is generated (which resides in the "action(s).c" - you can copy the code into an older script template and get it to work.
the above assumes that you are well versed in LR Scripting and have fair knowledge of the differences in functions used across many versions (8.1,188.8.131.52 and now 11).
