I know this is a very simple question and you might say read your documentation or contact HP, but i thought i will try to through the question here, I have Sitescope with free linces (the 500 point license which normally comes with LoadRunner) it used to work fine until last week started to give me an error message: no valid license server available.....our LoadRunner license is valid and running fine, what could be theissue? no updates or changes were made to LoadRunner license since it was installed
I would check your installation's configuration and verify that the SiteScope server is specified correctly and reachable from your LR computer. We have Perf Center here, not LR, so I don't know if the license area looks the same, but you could verify that the license is entered correctly, too (though I would think that, for all those characters, it either works or it doesn't).
I would try reinstalling Sitescope if you still have the license key for it. I don't think the version of Sitescope you have needs a license server. When I reinstalled it at my work all I did was enter the sitescope license key.
