The ip number of our LoadRunner computer was changed by our LAN people during a physical relocation. As a result the LoadRunner license expired.

We need a contact within HP who can generate a new license for us.

The rub is, that we no longer have a support contract and every avenue on the HP website that I have found so far will not let me proceed without one.

We feel very strongly that we should be allowed to change the ip address without forfeiting the license even without a support contract.

Any suggestions for getting through to the right people at HP would be greatly appreciated.

PS; our salesman and his replacement have left HP.
