Hi,

Impossible to execute a lr_xml_get_values statement ? may be that the problem is linked to the LR version ?

Action()
{
web_reg_save_param("Reponse",
"LB=",
"RB=",
"Search=body",
LAST);

web_custom_request("XXXXXXXX",
"URL=http:...;
"Method=POST",
"Resource=1",
"RecContentType=application/xml",
"Referer=",
"Snapshot=t1.inf",
"Body= XML file ......",
LAST);

lr_xml_get_values("XML={Reponse}",
"Query=title/id",
"ValueParam=ID",
LAST);

I have the following error while the statement and the XML file are correct :

Error: Expected an attribute value (line 2, col 14)
Error: "lr_xml_get_values" execution failed

Regards

Re: Problem with lr_xml_get_values

Have you looked at the value of {Response} to see that it actually contains what you think it contains?
Unless you are writing a compiler, strtok is NOT the answer.

Re: Problem with lr_xml_get_values

Sorry but I already try with the backslash but always the same error !
May be that the XML file is big ?

The xml file (response) is :

"\r\n<entry xmlns=="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom">\r\n
Création
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n <operation>I</operation> \r\n
\r\n
"

Re: Problem with lr_xml_get_values

Let's do it again, step by step...
first rename "reponse" to "response" so we don't get mixed up.

Change the WRSP:
web_reg_save_param("Response",
"LB=",
"RB=",
"Search=body",
LAST);

and the lr_xml...:

lr_xml_get_values("XML={Response}",
"ValueParam=response_id",
"Query=/entry/id",
LAST);

This can't not work. Also please copy the value of "Response" from the replay log instead of the runtime data.

Re: Problem with lr_xml_get_values

It not work :

The response :

parameter "Response" = "\r\n<entry xmlns=="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom">\r\n
Création
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n
\r\n <operation>I</operation> \r\n
\r\n
"
