LR Script Service Manager 7 - Help
I created a LR script for Service Center 7 by HP. The script creates change tickets, Incident Management tickets and searches for tickets.
I am using WEB(HTTP/HTML) Protocol.
The script works fine when the user logs in and performs an action. If the user tries to perform another action the script fails. The action that is chosen first always works fine such as creating a change ticket any subsequent actions will fail. They fail due to the web reg finds. If i remove the web reg finds the script passes but the ticket does NOT get created. If I log the user out and back in then any other action works just fine.

You need to find out why the web_reg_finds fail.
Bad request? Incorrect response? Correlation issues?
