    Hi,

    I'm trying to cut a SAPWeb script using the Web,SAPGUI protocols and I need to get hold of some data that has been returned however I think it has been zipped. When I look at the server response in tree view I can view the data but cannot save the parameter.

    Search()
    {
    web_add_auto_header("Accept-Encoding","gzip")

    web_reg_save_param("PropertyCode",
    "LB/BIN=htmlbSL",
    "RB/BIN=\')",
    "Ord=All",
    "NotFound=ERROR",
    //"RelFrameId=1",
    //"IgnoreRedirections=Yes",
    LAST);

    web_submit_data("default_delta.do_2",............. .......

    I need to extract some stuff in this return::

    .......................
    </tr><tr rr=\"2\"><td class=\"sapETbvCellFirst\" nowrap><span id=\"V1_V3_V14_V13_V18_tv1~2_0\" class=\"sapETbvSelIndicatorFalse\" tabindex=\"0\" onkeypress=\"htmlbIC()\" onClick=\"htmlbSL(this,18,\'V1_V3_V14_V13_V18_tv1: select\',\'\',\'2,1,10,50,P\');\"> &lt ;/span></td><td id=\"V1_V3_V14_V13_V18_tv1~2_1\" nowrap class=\"sapETbvCellStd sapCellTxt\">17</td><td id=\"V1_V3_V14_V13_V18_tv1~2_2\" nowrap class=\"sapETbvCellStd sapCellTxt\">FORGE BANK</td><td id=\"V1_V3_V14_V13_V18_tv1~2_3\" nowrap class=\"sapETbvCellStd sapCellTxt\">HEREFORDSHIRE</td><td id=\"V1_V3_V14_V13_V18_tv1~2_4\" nowrap class=\"sapETbvCellLast sapCellTxt\">HR81QU</td>

    </tr><tr rr=\"3\"><td class=\"sapETbvCellFirst\" nowrap><span id=\"V1_V3_V14_V13_V18_tv1~3_0\" class=\"sapETbvSelIndicatorFalse\" tabindex=\"0\" onkeypress=\"htmlbIC()\" onClick=\"htmlbSL(this,18,\'V1_V3_V14_V13_V18_tv1: select\',\'\',\'3,1,10,50,P\');\"> &lt ;/span></td><td id=\"V1_V3_V14_V13_V18_tv1~3_1\" nowrap class=\"sapETbvCellStd sapCellTxt\">21</td><td id=\"V1_V3_V14_V13_V18_tv1~3_2\" nowrap class=\"sapETbvCellStd sapCellTxt\">FORGE BANK</td><td /.................................................. .........................

    I've applied gzip and as you can see I've BINed, Framed, Re-directed but I still can't get anything from the return. If I'm having a blank spot would someone please tell me ho stupid I'm being 'coz I can't see it ?

    Re: SAPGUI & Web - gzip

    Tks Jake,

    No go I'm afraid. My thoughts are the

    "LB/IC=HERE"
    "RB/IC=SHIRE"

    would have proven that I was at least reading the return successfully. I don't honestly believe I am - that's why I think I'm doing something deeply stupid.

    Re: SAPGUI & Web - gzip

    Is the web_reg_save_param statement before the statement that produces the server response from which you are trying to capture?
