This application is a simple application where the customer selects the phone/ plan he wants, and he will give his details like his personal details, credit card info and when he clicks submit an order ID would be generated.
Now while recording I get order ID while running the script Order ID is not generated , When I checked the log I am getting following error message
<wla:message xmlns:cmn="http://schemas.intergies.com/common" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:wla="http://schemas.intergies.com/service/wirelessActivation">
<cmn:text>Duplicate sourceSystemRequestId:[TRZ55926-0] for sourceSystemCode:[WirelessOMS]</cmn:text>
<cmn:details>System.ApplicationException: Duplicate sourceSystemRequestId:[TRZ55926-0] for sourceSystemCode:[WirelessOMS] ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'Requests' with unique index 'IX_Requests_SourceSystemIdSourceSystemRequestId'.
The statement has been terminated.
Basically it says Duplicate sourceSystemRequestId
I couldn't find SourceSystemRequestID in the script, so I couldn't correlate the same
Re: Error in Script
It appears that you need to double check your correlation and or talk to the DB/app folks and find out how the next unique index is handled so you can either correlate it properly or in rare cases build in custom code to query the db directly to get the next unique index so you use that in a subsequent post.
Also the instructions you used are two years old. You need to do a cache refresh on this page.
