I have been using LR 8.0 from 3+ years and just upgraded to 8.1 FP4 yesterday. Selected parametrization option Unique/Each Iteration/Continue in a cyclic manner/Automatically allocate block size and the scenario runs fine with 8.0 and never had any issues. After upgrading to 8.1 FP4, I get error message "Error: Parameter 'Vuid': All values in unique block already used. Block size is 100. The parameter continues with last value of the range according to "When Out Of Values" policy.".
I still have LR 8.0 and the same scripts works fine in the scenario and I don't see any differences in the parametrization options for 8.0 and 8.1. Am I missing some thing here.
I appreciate any replies on this. LR Profile
Re: Parametrization Unique option - Out Of Values?
I think maybe you are really going out of value here.Whats the response time you have per iteration and duration of the test you are running. How much values you have .dat file ?
I can remember sometimes back I read an article in support site that for unique setting everything goes in memory while calculating the unique values starting from LR8.1.
Lot of other guys here had the same issue.
For quick troubleshooting I prefer to do as LR suggests, increase the values.Maybe later we can think about it.
