I have prepared the QTP Scripts using the version 9.0 and have created the test case in Quality Center 9.2 and mapped the QTP Scripts to QC. I use the driver scripts to call the test scripts and maintain the excel sheet to know the status of the test scripts whether it’s passed or failed. Once, all the test scripts gets executed the status changed to “PASSED” or “FAILED” in excel sheet. But, when ever I run the QTP test scripts thru QC 9.2, all the test scripts shows the status as PASSED (though few test scripts gets FAILED and the status is shown as FAILED in excel sheet).

Could you pl. let me know is there any work around to handle the status of the test scripts in QC to make it as “FAILED” based on the test results which are already updated in an excel sheet thru its execution.
