Requirements Module in QC 9.2
Once again I attempt to enlist someone's help who may have seen this problem before...
We are currently using QC 9.2, and have some strange things happening with the Requirements Module.
Whilst I am fairly certain I understand the difference of 'Direct Coverage' and 'Full Coverage', the problem that we are particularly seeing is that a HUGE number of our requirements are all set to 'N/A' Cover Status, even if they are linked to a test in a test set that has an Execution Status of Passed.
We originally uploaded the RTM into the Requirements module utilising the 'Export to Quality Center' Excel Add-in.
During the upload, I am certain there is no way of defining what the 'Cover Status' will be once it is finished uploading, and assume it defaults to something (quite possibly N/A).
What I am concerned about is that if I perform 'Coverage Analysis' on one of these that is set at N/A, they still have, for example, 2 tests with both passed.
So I'm confused as to why the Cover Status of the requirements isn't updated to Passed when all tests that are associated to the requirement are passed.
Anyone with any help they can offer will win a Choccie Frog...??
