Do QC and Dashboard require same patch level?
Should we always have the patch level for Quality Center and Dashboard?
What are the advantages and disadvantages or issues?

According to a HP representative, both applications QC and Dashboard should be at the same patch level.
The patch level is not based on the actual patch number but on the patch release date.
That means that the QC and Dashboard apps should have patches with the same release date.
