In our Citrix connection enviroment, we have had several small issues pop-up recently that may be releated to the following.

About a couple of weeks ago, if we pulled the QC version information via Citrix not all the build information for all categories is populating. In our production enviroment, all the version information is available.

Is there a setting/script that we should be comparing on both connections to confirm they are they same? I feel as though if we are able to clear this issue, some other issue we are seeing, such as data for some test lab tables not loading, will resolve itself in the Citrix connection.
