Manipulating QTP reports for QC
I want to make better use of the QTP reporter information when viewing test results in QC (for users not using QTReport.exe).
From the Test Lab screen the bottom right panel shows the Step details with Description, Actual and Expected headers. I have only seen the Actual and Expected parts populated when a checkpoint is used in the QTP test. When we write data to the ReportEvent, everything is placed in the Description.
Is there a way to get QTP to populate the Actual and Expected parts?
Thanks for your help

I tried until I was blue in the face to get that to work, I don't think that it can. If you figure it out, please for the love of all that is good in the world let me know how you did it!
