This morning i could able to Login to QC fine, Latter in the day when u try the same Entire office having the "failed to connect project Error" i looked in Details tab & the same log file is attached in here , could any one had this kind of Error with these Log Details

Find out who changed that account's password (or if someone deleted it). That account is mandatory on any QC database as it is used to create the connection for all users between the application and the database

1).I forgot The Password - how to reset this to default or what is option to move forward
2).If Some one might have deleted this "td" Id --- what is the option to move forward
