    [Automation] Requirement Priority

    Hello everybody,

I don't understand anything with the priority of requirement.
When I use this code to read a priority of requirement it's ok :
    <font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre>Set tdc = CreateObject("TDApiOle80.TDConnection")
    MakeConnection tdc, "http://qualitycenter.rd.francetelecom.fr/qcbin/", "******", "*******", "***********", "**************"

    set Reqfactory = tdc.reqfactory
    set ChildItem = Reqfactory.Item(11424)
    msgbox ChildItem.Priority

Function makeConnection(tdc, Server, Domain, Project, User, Password)

    On Error Resume Next
    tdc.InitConnectionEx Server 'Connection au serveur.
tdc.Login User, Password 'Connection de l'utilisateur.
tdc.Connect Domain, Project 'Connection au projet.

    If Err.Number &lt;&gt; 0 Then
'Remplacer par l'écriture dans un fichier log.
    Msgbox "Erreur N°" &amp; Err.Number &amp; " : " &amp; Err.Description
    End If
    End Function </pre><hr />

But when I use this to set the priority, there is no effect :
    <font class="small">Code:</font><hr /><pre>Set tdc = CreateObject("TDApiOle80.TDConnection")
    MakeConnection tdc, "http://qualitycenter.rd.francetelecom.fr/qcbin/", "**********", "***********", "*************", "*************"

    set Reqfactory = tdc.reqfactory
    set ChildItem = Reqfactory.Item(11424)
    'msgbox ChildItem.Priority
    ChildItem.Priority = "Indipensable"

Function makeConnection(tdc, Server, Domain, Project, User, Password)

    On Error Resume Next
    tdc.InitConnectionEx Server 'Connection au serveur.
tdc.Login User, Password 'Connection de l'utilisateur.
tdc.Connect Domain, Project 'Connection au projet.

    If Err.Number &lt;&gt; 0 Then
'Remplacer par l'écriture dans un fichier log.
    Msgbox "Erreur N°" &amp; Err.Number &amp; " : " &amp; Err.Description
    End If
    End Function</pre><hr />

But with the first code, and if I set the priority manually, The msgbox show me a box where is write "Indispensable"

    I don't uderstand.

If anyone can help me, I'll be very happy.

    Re: [Automation] Requirement Priority

    I've found my error.
    I've forgotten the ChildItem.Post

    Sorry.
